Megan Retterath is the Chief Medical Officer at Next Health, where her focus is on a comprehensive and integrative approach to health. Megan takes great pride in her profession, one that inspires health through education, positive changes and personal growth.

To her, health is not the absence of disease, but rather an abundance of wellness and vitality. After spending more than 8 years in Emergency Medicine, she thoroughly understood the need for an interdisciplinary approach to health and was determined to help bridge the gap that exists between health and disease.

She addresses the whole person using a multi-faceted approach through Biomarker testing, and will address issues of concern through supplementation, bio-identical hormone therapy, IV therapy, detoxification techniques, and longevity programs such as stem cell therapy.

It is her mission to provide education to her patients, to direct their focus on areas of their health that need optimization. Her unique approach in looking at health from an objective standpoint rather than disease focused, is unique in getting patients to feel and live their most abundant life.

As the Chief Operating Officer at Next Health, Scott brings 10+ years of executive experience in the health and wellness industry. In overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business, Scott brings the Next Health signature experience to new markets across the United States.

With years of experience in directing brand voice and identity, Vanessa’s passion lies in expanding our health optimization community through strong customer relations. In raising customer awareness of the ways in which we can optimize our health, Vanessa aims to empower people with the tools they need to live their happiest, healthiest life for longer.

Sirish is Next Health's Wellness Director and brings his multiple years of healthcare experience to overseeing advanced wellness programs such as the Executive Physical and working directly with patients to implement health plans based on their biomarker tests.

Ross Callahan is the lead aesthetic nurse at Next Health in Los Angeles. As a Registered Nurse and skin care expert, he has over 10 years of experience with the most prestigious offices in Beverly Hills and West Hollywood.

Ross has built his impressive reputation and clientele with his unique treatment techniques and application of today's latest injectable products and cutting-edge medical devices. Ross' approach is highly individualized, creating balance and harmony to highlight your best features and enhance your image in the most natural way possible.

Ross attended school in Philadelphia, where he earned a bachelor of science in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University as well as a bachelor of science in Public Health from Temple University.

A committed Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s Degree in Business from the University of Florida and a Masters's Degree inNursing from the United States University, San Diego. She has been in health care for more than 30 years and has experience in emergency medicine, critical care, oncology, and infectious diseases.

Before becoming a Functional Medicine provider, she was an
educator and a Nurse Epidemiologist at Baptist Health System in Jacksonville, Florida. Recently, she was a primary care provider at Maui Medical Group and an educator at Maui Memorial Medical Center. Besides leading the health care team at Next Health Four
Seasons, she is currently one of the state’s American Heart
Association faculty.
