I drew blood for the 'Optimize Lab' 15 days ago and haven't heard a word from anyone at Next Health at all. I have no idea what next steps are, who is going to communicate with me or anything. Seems very disorganized. Spent $1200 for this amazing service and experience I read about on the website and the actual experience is extremely confusing, disorganized, and zero communication from anyone at Next Health. Even onsite, they had mixups about my appt and it wasnt even in their system for that day? And barely any patients there. Its like no one knows what the next person is doing, systems arent connected, or who/what/when is communicating with clients. Hoping some simple customer service starts to happen here. Doesn't seem like a serious operation at all once you purchase. Really disappointed. Thinking I may have been better off going to a more notable health lab provider vs. The fancy marketed one.
