I am so thankful for my Baseline Test. I am someone who has had a "thorough" supplement regimen for years and this test revealed underlying nutrient deficiencies I was not aware of. On top of being able to target my supplementation, my detailed results with the NH nurse practitioner gave me so many ways I can improve my health. It's so nice to be doing things I KNOW are actually helping me rather than guessing based on the info I learned from health and wellness blogs.

I found the Baseline Test so helpful as it was great to actually see where my biomarkers were at. I have never received such a detailed overview of my health and will definitely be getting re-tested again to track my progress. I also really valued the detailed health optimization plan I received in my results review (the NP pointed out my vitamin D levels were low and I learned that the supplements I had been taking for years do not have enough vitamin D). I can't wait to see how I progress at my next results review

When I decided to get my baseline done was the day I got tired of having my regular doctor tell me I was fine when I didn't feel fine. I'm over here paying a ridiculous amount of money to go to Kaiser and have this guy tell me I'm doing well after only 5 minutes of looking into my ear canal, checking my tonsils, etc. After getting my Baseline Test at Next Health I found out that there was so much information that I was missing out on. For starters, Sirish was able to have a pretty spot-on idea of my eating habits, my sleeping pattern, and my lack of exercise based on numbers alone. For less than $200 I knew more information than I did in 5 years of paying my monthly premium for insurance. I was able to go home with an entire suite of eating tips, preventative supplements, and a regimen for tech services there at Next Health to lower all the inflammation in my body that was causing the constant fatigue that I was having. After 4 months I have been able to regulate a lot of my abnormal levels thanks to the data, services, and accountability I get from NH. I definitely recommend this to anyone whos looking to finally take charge int their health and improve it for the better.
